In the 1990's, during the Amekaji (American Casual) craze in Japan, every smartly dressed boy dreamt of owning a pair of Red Wing boots. Shinya got his hands on these, and so began a collecting obsession that has meant we've had to find a separate room for Shinya's shoes in every place where we've lived.
